Chicken cooked in Amoy Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce, with Basmati Rice, and roasted veggies! Enjoyed whilst watching an episode of 90210! Now i'm snuggled up on the sofa in my pjs and fuzzy socks after my shower whilst reading blogs and drinking some yummy tutti frutti cider :)
