Weight loss problems.. continued.

Well, turns out i wasn't being as clever as i thought just wearing a normal bra to do my workout in. I now have 2 marks under my boobs from where the bra was, and i went to do my second cross trainer session just and with every little move the bra rubbed against it. I didn't want to be defeated so i tried putting tissue underneath the bra and tried again, but, it still hurt.
Luckily my parents have said they will buy me a new one, as i really can't afford one and they're really expensive. I also think i've been getting really stuck in my routine and not doing anything else, i don't really like changing my routine once i have one, but i was forced to do something else so i did some weights and some situps, not very many but it's a start, have i feeling i'm going to be sore tommorow!

Heres a picture of my dinner, i made sausage casserole with my sister :) I really don't know how healthy this is or how many calories it has. I imagine quite a few!



Cross trainer = done. 270 calories burned. Lunch eaten.


Crackers - 100 calories
Butter on the crackers - ? Really don't know how many cals in butter!
Go ahead chocolate slice - 79 cals
Yogurt - 55 cals
Weight watchers curls - 88 cals
Yellow jelly - Had one spoon ful and left the rest, think it had gone off!
Grapes - Don't really count fruit haha

Going to hopefully do another 30 minutes later and then cook something good for dinner! Going to Alton Towers tommorow and really don't know if i will have time for excercize, so may swap my usual day off which is Sunday to tommorow instead :)

Weight loss problems

When you only have one sports bra which has been washed and is drying outside which you forget and then it starts raining and you have to wait for it to dry all over again..

I'm not letting this stop me! Gonna put on a normal bra and do my forty minutes on the cross trainer and watch and episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians :)

Treat day

Had a treat day today! Cheeseburger and chips, but, i gave half of the burger to my dad, so not too bad :)

I tried to jog today and just couldn't do it, my body is aching from all the excersize i've been doing, so i walked for about 30 mins, and did 40 minutes on the cross trainer :)

Im backk!

My internet is finally back after what seems like yearssssss!! And i eventually started eating healthy and excercizing. I started last Tuesday at 11 stone 9 pounds, and a week later i've lost 3 pounds! I'm aiming for 2 pounds a week so i was VERY happy with 3 :) Here are some pictures i've taken over the last week or so, of healthyness and fun stuff :) The plan i've been following is to work out for 40 minutes twice a day, usually going on the cross trainer i have at home twice a day, but some mornings i do 40 minutes jogging and then cross trainer on the evening, it's VERY hard but also rewarding, i'm already starting to feel better, healthier, and happier. I give myself one rest day a week. I'm also trying to stick to 1200 calories a day, which is also hard, but i'm not too strict on it. I'm going to have a treat day tommorow because i'm going out for a meal with my family for fathers day, and going to have whatever takes my fancy!! :)




New earphones that don't fall out my ears!! :)

Water bottles. I think they're meant for protein shakes but i use them just for water!

New pedometer. It's a walking style one but i use it for jogging, not sure if its 100% accurate!

 Dinner - tacos, garlic bread, and coleslaw. Not very healthy.

Chicken, brown rice, and broccoli. I'm just going to be honest and say i really didn't enjoy this.

 This probably looks really bad, but curly wurlys are only 115 calories, and they last for ages because they're so chewy! And a 40 calorie Options hot chocolate with my sugar free caramel syrup, so yummy!

Smoothie making! Frozen banana, ice, skimmed milk.

 Toast with marmite, smoothie, and a glass of granola (if i have a bowl i tend to fill it, so i used a small glass!)

Dinner, a bit dark! Not THAT healthy, but omg it was good! 2 sausage, mash, yorkshire, carrots, sweetcorn :)

 I only managed to eat one pizza slice, my mom and dad shared the other one and they loved it, and made one for themselves the next day!

Still failing

I'm still being really bad and haven't started my new eating plan or excersizing, todays excuse was that it was my moms birthday so we had a little tea party at lunchtime and then we had a chinese takeaway for dinner, my plan was meant to start today but it just kind of went out the window. However my dad put the cross trainer up in the new house today so now i have that, and i also brought some new earphones today that clip round your ears so they don't fall out when jogging! I NEED TO START TOMMOROW! I want to lose at least 20lb by the time i go back to university around September 17th :)

The last few days

Have't blogged because i haven't had the internet because of moving house, and i also haven't been healthy at all because of birthday/moving house, no excuse is good enough but you know.
On my birthday (Wednesday) i was awake by 6.20 because i couldn't sleep, i opened my presents from my family and then the removal men came at 9.00 to put all of our stuff in the van to store overnight to move the next day.
Me and my mom and sister went out a few times, firstly Mcdonalds for breakfast, then to the Lakes to feed the duckies (i know how to live), and then after all of us went to Stratford and hired a motor boat (so scary i hated it!)
Eating confessions: I had Mcdonalds pancakes with sausage for breakfast, and then TGI Fridays for dinner! The day after (Thursday) i went to a cafe for breakfast and had scrambled egg, 2 sausages, beans and fried bread, i skipped lunch and had a pick n mix because i went to the cinema to see The Avengers, and then came home to the new house and unpacked my boxes for about six hours, and then got a curry at 10pm! I shared a chicken balti with my boyfriend and also shared chips, naan bread, and poppudoms. Also i haven't been able to do any excercize as the cross trainer hasn't been put up in the new house, but maybe ill go jogging soon!
